Technology Engagement Corodinator

EdPlus is currently seeking a highly-motivated and energetic Technology Engagement Coordinator.  Under general direction, this position coordinates, develops and implements the management and operational strategies associated with EdPlus employee technology and equipment procurement; new equipment set-up; equipment inventory tracking; ensuring adherence to EdPlus standards; developing process and protocols, as necessary; providing expertise on conference room technology; providing research-based guidance on new technology purchases; close liaison with ASU RTS (Research Technology Support) at SkySong location. Sr Learning Science Research Scientist

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Quantitative/Mixed-Methods Researcher to join our high-performing Action Lab team. We are looking for a dependable and strong-skilled quantitative or mixed-method researcher (leaning toward the quantitative end) to complement existing qualitative researchers to work on various projects across the university. Under administrative direction, this researcher will manage research development, implementation processes, and reporting of findings. Develops, analyzes, coordinates, and maintains research information, including but not limited to: IRB documents, survey information, databases, archival files, and information systems for evaluation and decision making. This researcher will suggest and align methodologies with research goals. To do this, they will use a range of tools to acquire information and analyze/interpret data, write up reports, and present findings to management and other stakeholders. This researcher will identify trends and patterns and conduct fieldwork and tests. This researcher will regularly extract, clean, merge, transform, and analyze data. They will provide technical assistance and research consultation to colleges, departments, faculty, administration, and public/private sector constituencies on research affordances, issues, and outcomes assessment, including interpretation, complementarity analysis, evaluation, and data-informed decision making.   As a part of the EdPlus Action Lab, the researcher joins a small productive team of researchers and will lead projects for continuous improvement in online, hybrid, and emerging modes of teaching and learning in higher education. Research is action-oriented, supporting and coordinating with instructional designers, ed-tech developers, advisors, faculty, administration, and leadership to improve student learning, motivation, and persistence, and to increase equity. The researcher will deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels. The researcher needs to be resourceful and demonstrate excellent time management and patience to succeed.   The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about conducting quality research, ensuring projects uncover and correct for inclusion and justice, meet strict deadlines, be collaborative as a colleague, and excited to share findings broadly through presentations and publications as needed. The Action Lab leads collaborative research related to the motivation, persistence, and learning of diverse learner populations in online and hybrid learning environments, resulting in increased human intelligence.

Senior Program Manager

Under general direction, serves as primary liaison and key resource between ASU Online/EdPlus and Academic Partners, managing and implementing all aspects of program operations to ensure the delivery of successful, high-quality online enrollment programs. Assists in monitoring participant needs and competitive marketplace trends in order to grow and maintain the dynamic learning portfolio. Product Designer

EdPlus is seeking a highly-motivated Product Designer to join our high-performing team as the designer for user experience and visual design projects that are inside of the ASU Online and EdPlus portfolio.This role will be in our new Immersive Experience Design team where you will work closely with other designers, stakeholders, units, content, and analytics teams using design and storytelling to conceptualize both marketing and learning experiences. As a Product Designer, you will deliver eye-catching and effective UI & UX for websites, 3D simulations, XR experiences, and mobile games/applications. We’re looking for multifaceted designers who combine creativity and intellectual curiosity to solve problems in new ways. A creative and fun team player, with excellent communication skills, and an interest in immersive technologies (AR,VR, Simulations/Game Design). You’ll be responsible for designing solutions for a variety of user experience challenges as part of an innovative environment refining how users engage with higher education. Working collaboratively in diverse teams, creating forward-thinking and thoughtful experiences ensuring our digital experiences support ASU and EdPlus’s overall strategy and goals.
