EdPlus awarded 2023 Copper Anvil Awards

EdPlus at Arizona State University was honored at the 2023 Copper Anvil Awards by the Public Relations Society of America, Phoenix Chapter.

Considered one of the highest public relations honors in the Valley, the Copper Anvil Award recognizes public relations excellence and honors industry professionals and programs that solve problems and create change.

EdPlus was awarded a Copper Anvil Award in the Integrated Communications category for the ASU Online Graduate Celebration. The category recognizes campaigns that execute effective integration of all communication efforts, including but not limited to public relations and social media.

This recognition truly underscores the dedication we have to serving our student learners."

In addition to the Copper Anvil, EdPlus was awarded the Award of Merit in the following categories:

Focused on digital learning and delivering outcomes that go beyond preconceived ideas of online education, EdPlus is dedicated to transforming the future of higher education through more than 300 online degree programs, innovative technologies and transformational partnerships.

"Our projects are all about putting the student first and guiding them toward a personalized journey to their college degree," Mills said. "I'm so proud of our teams and the work they've accomplished, along with their ongoing creativity and dedication to making sure ASU offers everyone a path to academic success."

The annual award is open to all public relations and related professionals. To be eligible for the Copper Anvil, a portion of the campaign or project must occur within the previous year and be completed by the end of May 2023. Entries are judged individually on a 20-point scale in several categories.
