We’re seeking a driven, people-oriented EdPlus Success Coach Senior to support both graduate and undergraduate students. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by partnering with students in thoughtful and creative ways that guide and motivate them to reach their full potential. Through quality conversation and meaningful exploration, you will build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with a focus on goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and achieving success, while adhering to established guidelines.
As a role model and mentor, you will contribute regularly and constructively in team meetings and manage your caseload systematically. Additionally, you will prioritize not only your own needs, but those of your teammates, and step in to assist as needed. You will be consistently involved in advancing the Success Center’s priorities.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for ASU Online students as they progress through their degree program.
- Engage in proactive outreach to empower students through building rapport, positive reinforcement, and establishing meaningful academic relationships.
- Coach students in developing a plan to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Provide high-quality, student-centered support using text, social media, email, phone, and chat of a significant volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Work to build student knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs that support success.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and promote the discovery process for solving problems.
- Invest in students’ success and reflect commitment by answering phone calls, responding to voice or emails messages, texts, or chat within the same business day.

Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating graduate and undergraduate course recommendations and pre-admission evaluations. - Serves as the point of contact for Enrollment Coaches for pre-evaluations, course recommendations and registration.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator of Student Onboarding & Persistence to join our EdPlus Operations team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the day-to-day execution of onboarding activities, orientation, and persistence-related initiatives to ensure a seamless, high-quality student experience.
You will be responsible for operational delivery, coordination, and implementation of workstreams led by the Program Manager, ensuring that orientation runs smoothly and persistence initiatives are executed accurately and on time. You will work closely with EdPlus teams and ASU partners to carry out defined plans, maintain systems and content, and support continuous improvement efforts through reliable execution and feedback.
Essential Duties:
Execute day-to-day orientation operations
- Manage the build, QA, and deployment of orientation in Canvas.
- Maintain orientation content, modules, and assets for accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate term readiness (dates, links, announcements, access).
- Troubleshoot issues impacting student access or completion.
- Monitor orientation, participation, and completion daily/weekly.
Support updates based on Program Manager recommendations.
Implement persistence initiatives and updates
- Execute defined persistence interventions (content updates, nudges, process changes).
- Implement changes across platforms (Canvas, email, tools) as directed.
- Support pilots and tests by preparing materials and tracking execution.
- Ensure consistency across touchpoints aligned to provided standards
Coordinate across teams to support execution

We are seeking a highly strategic, creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the evolution and growth of ASU Online’s social media presence. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by managing the social media strategy end-to-end, including platform-specific strategy, executional leadership, and performance optimization across priority and emerging channels.
As the strategic owner of ASU Online’s social ecosystem, you will be responsible for defining how each platform contributes to brand awareness, community engagement and enrollment outcomes. You will set the vision for channel growth, translate insights into action, and ensure our social media operates as a high-performing, audience-first engine rather than a tactical publishing function. - Own social media performance outcomes, with community engagement as the primary KPI, supported by reach, growth and downstream impact.
- Lead platform-specific testing, experimentation and optimization to improve creative performance and audience resonance.
- Set the strategic direction for social content, ensuring creative is platform-native, audience-first, and brand-authentic.
- Partner with Creative, Content, Communications, Paid Media and Analytics teams to shape content concepts, executional approaches and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the people manager and strategic lead for the social media function, providing coaching, prioritization and performance feedback to support team growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are seeking a collaborative, problem-solving EdPlus Re-Entry Specialist to join our Success Coaching Center team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by engaging in proactive outreach to undergraduate and graduate students who have paused their academic journey, identifying barriers to persistence and return. You will conduct in-depth consultations focused on financial considerations, academic pathways, and personal circumstances to support students in successfully re-enrolling.
You will focus on tailored guidance, connecting students with relevant resources, and explore all available options to facilitate a smooth return to ASU. Your success requires creativity, persistence, and a student-centered approach.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with colleges, advising teams, and campus partners to build strong working relationships and ensure students have access to the tools, information, and support needed to achieve their academic goals.
Essential Duties:
- Engages in proactive outreach to resolve obstacles that are impeding students who have stopped out to return to an ASU program.
- Coach students on developing a plan to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Reviews completed degree information and remaining credits, as well as alternative program options with students; connects them with the appropriate advising department.
- Works closely with financial aid services, student business services and academic units to re-enter students and set them up for success.
- Provides support for student accountability and success through collaborative, ongoing connection, from initial contact through the first week back in class.
- Responds to student questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Works to build student knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs that support success.
- Collaborates with supervisor for ongoing growth and development plans.
- Identifies areas for growth and opportunity and creates a personal development plan.
- Works collaboratively and promotes the discovery process for problem solving.
- Works with internal and external partners in a positive and proactive manner.
- Stays up to date on current policies and training within the university.
- Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
