We are seeking an innovative and highly technical Salesforce AI Engineer to join the EdPlus Product & UX Technology team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered student engagement and workflow automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform development along with advanced experience in designing and deploying AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce. You must have strong capabilities in prompt engineering, Apex development, AI workflow orchestration, agentic architectures, and enterprise DevOps practices.
You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and coaching operations teams to build scalable AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual work, automate administrative processes, and improve personalized student engagement at scale. Essential Duties:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Create, optimize, and ground prompt templates for Large Language Model (LLM)-based interactions.

- Work with MCP servers and AI-assisted development tooling to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Monitor AI solution performance, prompt effectiveness, agent behavior, and operational reliability.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, release management, and Agile ceremonies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to AI workflows, prompt engineering, integrations, and deployment processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and articulate EdPlus Financial Intake Specialist to join our high-performing team in the Success Coaching Center. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by assisting with the completion of necessary financial aid documents to ensure students are eligible for their financial aid certification. You will also perform outreach to students (and where applicable, other institutions) to facilitate collection of documentation to complete files. You will also answer general financial aid questions for students and work to resolve any obstacles to the students’ progress.
Essential Duties:
- Collects and reviews financial aid documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data from FAFSA, federal tax returns, financial aid transcripts, and other verification documents.
- Requests additional information regarding incomplete or inconsistent applications.
- Answers questions, inquiries, or requests of students and staff regarding financial aid eligibility and awards.
- Works as a liaison between staff and students to ensure optimal student experience and processing times.
- Serves as part of a support team for online students.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IT to join our Project Management and Implementation team. You will conduct in-depth consultations focused on financial considerations, academic pathways, and personal circumstances to support students in successfully re-enrolling.

We’re seeking a driven, people-oriented EdPlus Success Coach to support both graduate and undergraduate students. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by partnering with students in thoughtful and creative ways that guide and motivate them to reach their full potential. Through quality conversation and meaningful exploration, you will build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with a focus on goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and achieving success, all while adhering to established guidelines.
Essential Duties:
- Serves as the main point of contact for ASU Online students as they progress through their degree program.
- Engages in proactive outreach to empower students through positive reinforcement, building rapport, and establishing meaningful academic relationships.
- Coaches students to develop a plan to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Provides high-quality, student-centered support using text, social media, email, phone, and chat in a significant volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Works to build student knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs that support success.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external partners and promotes the discovery process for solving problems.
- Invests in students’ success and reflects commitment by answering phone calls, responding to voice or emails messages, texts, or chat within the same business day.
- Monitors student engagement via dashboards and implements interventions as prescribed.
- Utilizes resources and critical thinking skills to solve problems, quickly makes decisions, and provides the best experience to ASU Online students.
- Takes a proactive approach through challenging the status quo by recommending new and innovative procedures with student success in mind.
- Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications:
- Evidence of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Evidence of service and a people-oriented mindset with experience in helping others, especially related to life or career coaching, counseling, or education.
- Evidence of effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience with online programs and students in a higher education environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing, facilitating, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, MS Office and Google Suite.
- Evidence of strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in following guidelines, structure, and established policy to deliver accurate and precise information.

We’re seeking a driven, people-oriented EdPlus Enrollment Coach to support both graduate and undergraduate students through our Enrollment Center. Essential Duties:
- Serve as a critical point of contact for prospective students through chats, emails, calls, or texts to answer initial questions and assist with enrollment through admissions and registration.
- Foster a culture of engagement with prospective students by learning about them, providing swift responses to inquiries, maintaining professional written and verbal communication, and providing support throughout the enrollment process.
- Contribute to prospective student success through building relationships, getting to know their “Why” and aligning them with programs to accomplish their goals.
- Work collaboratively with EdPlus Enrollment Coordinators to deliver an exceptional prospective student experience while assisting with completing their application with high urgency.
- Use resources and critical thinking skills to solve problems, quickly make decisions, and provide the best, most accurate information and direction to prospective students.
- Distribute recruitment materials to individually support students.
- Take a proactive approach through challenging the status quo by recommending new and innovative procedures with student success in mind.
- Cultivate relationships within the ASU community to ensure that recruitment program goals and objectives are accomplished.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
