We’re seeking a driven, people-oriented Enrollment Coach Lead to support both graduate and undergraduate students as part of our Enrollment Center team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by assisting students through the admissions process and working collaboratively with other departments to best support learners. You will be an empathetic communicator and problem solver who motivates others to achieve their educational goals.
Essential Duties:
- Provide strong, results-oriented leadership that motivates, engages, and inspires the support and commitment of others.
- Train, develop, and manage a team of Enrollment Coaches using a collaborative, persuasive leadership style.
- Coordinate and drive the implementation of recruitment plans for graduate and undergraduate prospective students.
- Develop and provide resources that enable others to provide the best, most accurate information and direction to prospective students.
- Analyze data to improve student enrollment experience and team performance outcomes.
- Work with a high degree of accuracy while managing a variety of activities subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
- Partner with ASU academic units and services to work through challenges and solve unique roadblocks.
- Take a proactive approach through challenging the status quo by recommending new and innovative procedures with student success in mind.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Dreamscape Learn (DSL) is a collaborative venture between Dreamscape Immersive and Arizona State University, merging the most advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry’s best cinematic storytelling. Our mission is to deliver unique virtual reality and 2D labs and full course experiences which are provably efficacious, readily scalable, and emotionally engaging.
We’re seeking a creative, self-motivated, and collaborative UI/UX Designer for Web & VR to join our Realm 4 – Dreamscape Learn team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by taking on a variety of tasks, both independently and in collaboration with other artists, game developers, project leads, and other stakeholders. You will use emerging technology tools and artificial intelligence to create new story-driven experiences and improve the interactivity and user experience of assets.
Essential Duties:
- Develop storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Apply user personas and scenarios to develop relevant process and user flow models.
- Collaborate with development to ensure implementation follows the design specifications.
- Improve the look and feel of interactivity and visual clarity of experiences.
- Suggest and create game assets and points of interaction that engage and captivate users.
- Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final delivery to engineering.

Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by managing and scaling institutional partnerships between Arizona State University and a defined set of California Community Colleges. You will focus on operationalizing transfer pathways, supporting college onboarding, coordinating advising and enrollment workflows, and ensuring partnerships translate into measurable enrollment outcomes.
You will be responsible for the California Community Colleges across the Inland Empire region. Frequent travel is required.
This is not a sales role; rather, it is a systems-oriented partnership role that blends relationship management, execution discipline, and data-informed problem-solving.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of California Community Colleges, including relational management with various stakeholders, such as advising, enrollment, articulation, marketing, and analytics, to ensure partner success.
- Lead college-level onboarding into ASU’s transfer partnership model and maintain consistent partnership cadence and communication across colleges.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Academic Portfolio Coordinator to join our Academic Portfolio Strategy & Activation team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the academic portfolio management team by overseeing the digital immersion program launch cycle, resource management, and digital immersion course management.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that new program launch operations run smoothly across teams. You will coordinate the intake of new program requests and support the review and tracking of these requests through the entire launch process. You will coordinate communication between the Academic Portfolio Management team and the Provost’s office regarding all program launch initiatives and ensure program launch tasks are meeting deadlines.
In addition, you will be expected to track progress through project management tools, such as AirTable and Jira, and provide regular updates regarding the statuses of program launch, course approvals related to launch, and presentation preparation to support the Academic Portfolio Management team.

- Coordinate the intake and tracking of new academic program requests from submission through final approval and launch, including managing the completion, tracking, and notification of official internal forms and related documentation.
- Support the intake, review, and approval tracking of new course requests associated with program launches; serve as a liaison for post-course approval activities to support program implementation and launch readiness in collaboration with instructional designers, Finance, and Colleges’ business managers.
- Ensure required approvals, revisions, and documentation are completed accurately and within established timelines.
Project Management and Tracking
- Track program and course launch milestones using project management tools and shared tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, Jira), to monitor deadlines, dependencies, and risks related to program launch initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards on program launches, course approvals, and readiness milestones for the Academic Portfolio Management team.
- Support preparation of presentations, documentation, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
Communication and Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a central point of contact between the Academic Portfolio Management team and the Provost’s Office for program launch initiatives.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication regarding requirements, deadlines, approvals, and next steps; follow up with teams to ensure required actions are completed and escalation occurs when needed.
- Maintain organized records of communications, decisions, and approvals.
Process and Technology Support
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of academic portfolio and program launch processes, applying project management best practices to support efficient and effective workflows.
- Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve tracking tools and systems to ensure visibility, accuracy, and accountability.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that support operational processes.
Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in project tracking and documentation.
- Demonstrated comfort pulling and summarizing data from reporting platforms and dashboards; experience preparing basic presentations or recap documents.
- Demonstrated proactive communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for higher education and the ASU mission.
