We are seeking an experienced and strategic Instructional Design Manager to lead a team of instructional designers in developing innovative, high-quality learning experiences as part of the EdPlus Digital Learning (EDL) team. We are seeking a motivated ETL Analyst Senior to contribute to the CRM Salesforce team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating and monitoring the design, development, modification and implementation of ETL/SSIS processes that support a high-volume Salesforce environment. You will also provide technical support and leadership for directional integration from PeopleSoft to Salesforce.
You will be working in a team environment with other developers, administrators, project managers, business analysts and customers to design, create, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise class software applications and systems for EdPlus in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and best practice methods.
Essential Duties:
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements.
- Assists definition of project specifications, scope, and estimated effort.
- Works closely and collaboratively with Salesforce and Data Analysis teams to identify relevant data sources as well as develop and/or modify database queries and structures as appropriate.
- Designs and maintains ETL/SSIS processes.
- Identifies and resolves conflicts arising over the creation, control, and use of data.
- Reviews results and implements modifications to correct errors; works collaboratively with involved stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.

We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Software Engineer specializing in DevOps to contribute to our high-performing Solutions Engineering team. NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale AZ.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications:
- Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Git-based repositories (Bitbucket and/or Github).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of RESTful web services, API design, microservice architecture, HTTP protocol, Javascript, JSON and NodeJS.
- Demonstrated experience with building decoupled, secure, resilient, serverless applications using cloud native technologies (AWS preferred, GCP also considered -e.g., API Gateway, Lambda, Serverless Framework).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Databases, transactional processing and data persistence tooling (e.g., SQL, DynamoDB, AWS Aurora, S3).
- Demonstrated knowledge of federated authentication and authorization models, including cloud security and access policies.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps processes, including building, testing and deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud methodologies, including automation, orchestration and related tooling.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Iterative software development lifecycle, including version control, issue and project tracking.
- Evidence of AWS certifications is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging infrastructure-as-code to provision cloud infrastructure is desirable.
- Evidence of excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams about various engineering topics and build positive working relationships with them.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
