We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of ASU Online’s social media channels, ensuring content is published accurately, consistently and scheduled across platforms.
You will play a critical role in keeping social media operations running smoothly. You will manage publishing workflows, coordinate assets and approvals, maintain content calendars, and support timely execution across platforms. Working closely with the social media team, you will help ensure that the strategy is executed with precision and operational excellence.
Essential Duties:
- Support the execution of the social media strategy by managing publishing operations, including scheduling, posting and maintaining quality assurance across platforms.
- Maintain and update social media content calendars to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent publishing.
- Coordinate social media assets, captions, links, tags, and approvals in partnership with Social Media, Creative and Content teams.
- Assist with trafficking social media content, ensuring version control, accuracy, and alignment with platform requirements.
- Provide executional support for campaign- and event-related social media activity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Student Support Coordinator to join our Student Success team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating the student support functions for prospective students, applied students and those enrolled in an online degree program. You will also collaborate with staff, ensuring that identified goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities and standards of quality and customer service.
Essential Duties:
- Provides both direct and indirect support to our online students.
- Directly supports various internal departments within the online department and University as a whole.

We’re seeking a curious, passionate, and adaptable Associate UX Content Strategist to join the Strategic Communications and Content Operations team. You’ll support the AI Content Strategy part of the team by creating, editing and maintaining digital content across ASU Online and other products. At the same time, you’ll be learning content strategy, systems thinking, content governance and AI-driven approaches to content creation and management.
This role is ideal for a strong writer who is ready to expand knowledge and experience in strategy and innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a variety of work across the AI Content Strategy team while contributing to digital experiences that make a meaningful impact in helping students access higher education.
Essential Duties:
- Create, edit and optimize content across ASU Online’s website and digital experiences, including program pages, blogs, landing pages and email campaigns.
- Support content strategy and execution for marketing campaigns, the ASU undergraduate application, and partnership projects.
- Edit content for quality and consistency, ensuring every piece meets brand, voice, tone, accessibility and style standards.
- Partner with UX designers, product managers, SEO strategists, developers, campaign managers and other cross-functional roles to create content that supports the user journey, strengthens the brand and aligns with business goals.
- Use UX research, SEO insights and other data to identify and implement content improvements that enhance content quality, performance, accessibility and usability.
- Assist with maintaining content systems, including content libraries, the Guru knowledge base and the ASU Online CMS (Drupal).
- Assist with A/B testing, message testing and content experiments to identify what content most effectively engages students and improves performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep content documentation up to date, including style guides, messaging frameworks and process documents.
- Participate in developing, maintaining and optimizing governance workflows and content processes.
- Stay current on content and UX best practices and help champion clear, strategic, brand-aligned and user-centered content across projects.
- Support the testing and maintenance of custom AI content tools, including related prompt libraries, templates and documentation.
- Learn and apply new approaches in content strategy, AI and other emerging technologies to help create more efficient and personalized content experiences for students while maintaining quality and brand standards.

- Demonstrated self-disciplined with a proven track record of achieving results in a customer-centric environment while taking pride in finding innovative ways to increase efficiencies.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate with change and pivot quickly to create a successful working atmosphere supporting others.
- Evidence of experience using Salesforce.
- Demonstrated high degree of emotional intelligence and knowledge about the challenges faced by current and prospective students entering higher education (e.g., first generation, returning adults, financially constrained).
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: $51,500 - $60,200 per year; DOE
The target salary for this position is $52,000 per year.
