We’re seeking a highly motivated and energetic Program Manager to work on our exciting academic partnerships. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to coordinate and oversee the various activities and functions of our academic partnerships. You will take ownership to ensure that program goals and objectives are met within specified timeframes, budgets, and other project constraints.

Essential Duties:
- Executes projects that support program growth and maintenance; plans, organizes, and coordinates with internal and external departments to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.
- Leads the creation and maintenance of partnership program documentation; organizes stakeholder meetings and manages logistics, scheduling, and communications.
- Enhances program and project effectiveness by supporting the development and implementation of goals and objectives; identifies improved delivery methods, evaluates outcomes, prepares reports and analyses, and recommends appropriate actions.
- Oversees daily operations and coordinates activities to ensure smooth program and project execution.
- Engages regularly with internal and external stakeholders through meetings, calls, and emails to monitor deliverables, ensure satisfaction, address issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Manages internal processes for program invoicing and billing; serves as the primary liaison with current stakeholders.
- Coordinates operational improvements to enhance the experience for learners, internal teams, and external partners.
- Facilitates reporting across stakeholders to track program health, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provides strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on partnership opportunities, optimizations, and program development, based on an understanding of program goals, challenges, and needs.
- Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
NOTE:
- This is not a fully remote position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications:
- Evidence of a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and partnering with leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors in a program manager or similar role.
- Experience in client-facing roles with demonstrated customer service excellence and customer-first mindset.
- Evidence of effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Evidence of effective communication abilities, including active listening and presentation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment, working as a self-starter.
- Experience in organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data validation and data investigation in a variety of systems.
- Experience in relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.

- Experience with reporting and data projects; demonstrated skill at presenting complex data or processes in an easy to digest manner.
- Evidence of executing and leading projects and managing multiple, complex and/or ambiguous projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Dreamscape Learn (DSL) is a collaborative venture between Dreamscape Immersive and Arizona State University, merging the most advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry’s best cinematic storytelling. Our mission is to deliver unique virtual reality and 2D labs and full course experiences that are provably efficacious, readily scalable, and emotionally engaging.
We’re seeking a Senior Curriculum Designer to join a team that creates innovative curricula enhanced by the immersive technologies of Dreamscape Learn. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by managing designers and collaborating with story writers, VR developers, subject-matter experts, and researchers to develop engaging, interactive curricula using best practices in education.
Essential Duties:
- Under the direction of the Associate Director of Curriculum Design, manage curriculum designers and collaborate with others to design and implement engaging, interactive curricula:
- Use national and local recommendations of subject-matter experts to develop learning goals for DSL courses and organize these goals into clear and logical learning progressions.
- Translate learning goals into learning materials, including lessons, activities, and assessments.
- Effectively and creatively use technology to enhance and scale learning in DSL courses.
- Manage the development of one or more sets of curricula across different disciplines simultaneously.
- Communicate with the Associate Director of Curriculum Design to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality curricula.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of technology and adapting or implementing recommended changes in learning materials to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain resources for instructors, such as tutorials, reference materials, design standards, templates, and tools.
- Remain proficient in the best educational practices and adapt or revise learning material according to changing standards.
- Help to establish specifications for identifying or designing innovative educational software, such as adaptive or personalized learning platforms, for use in DSL courses.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Tempe, Arizona.
Minimum Qualifications:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and interpersonally skilled SCAP Program Manager to be the central operational owner of the Starbucks College Achievement Plan at ASU. You will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of the program across all touchpoints. From recruitment to graduation, you will manage the entire student experience, drive day-to-day operations, and ensure that the SCAP partnership delivers on commitments to both learners and Starbucks.
You will serve as the main day-to-day contact between Starbucks, internal ASU units, and the implementation team to ensure the program runs effectively and with integrity. You might be the ideal candidate if:
You take full ownership of outcomes and have a bias toward action. You work well under pressure, prioritize effectively, and know how to keep complex projects moving without drama. You are comfortable with both frontline delivery and behind-the-scenes coordination. Essential Duties:
Student experience and lifecycle management
- Own the day-to-day experience of SCAP students, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and coaching coordination.
- Identify and resolve pain points in the student journey using data, feedback, and team collaboration.
- Monitor and respond to trends in student success metrics, including persistence and satisfaction.
- Direct partnership with the implementation team
- Serve as the main liaison to the EdPlus implementation team for all SCAP-related work.
- Translate partner priorities into project plans with clear deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Maintain centralized trackers and status updates to keep the work organized and on schedule.
- Proactively identify risks and drive resolution in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Serve as the operational lead for Starbucks program partners, including key contacts across the SCAP team.
- Coordinate with internal ASU units to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and priorities.
- Communicate clearly and consistently to keep all parties informed and aligned.
- Pilot support and program innovation
- Lead the execution of SCAP-specific pilots such as career coaching, Slack engagement, and graduation enhancements.
- Support delivery of SCAP-related courses and experiences, including study away and special-topic offerings.
- Track performance of pilots and propose changes or scaling strategies based on outcomes.
Governance and reporting
- Maintain program governance documentation such as RACI charts and standard operating procedures.
- Provide regular reports to the Director of Starbucks Initiatives and internal leadership.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
