Increasing tuition costs have left students at odds with their education. The lack of opportunity for working students with full-time and part-time was alarming. Deterred by the time and financial investments pursuing a degree requires, these students drop out at alarmingly high rates, often halting their career aspirations as a result.

The Starbucks College Achievement Plan was introduced to partners of Starbucks in June 2014. Since then we've made the path to getting a college education possible for all qualified working employees.
